Job Description:

This Salesforce engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, operation, and maintenance of Information Technology computer systems and software applications. The senior Salesforces engineer uses technical knowledge to define strategic direction within the specific discipline and to solve complex business problems, by means of a systematic and disciplined approach. This position employs software, hardware, and/or communication technologies to accomplish assignments.

• Remains current with industry trends in order to conceive, prototype and recommend technical approaches for IT systems and solutions that meet business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for defining optimization opportunities to manage expenses
• Solid understanding of IT estimation activities. May lead large/complex estimation activities
• Strong with methodologies, tools, best practices and processes within specific area of responsibility
• Demonstrates strong knowledge and capabilities within specific area of responsibility
• Accountable for financial implications and cost of systems and services
• Salesforce Dev I certificate
• Demonstrate a degree of creativity with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Subject matter expertise in computer science, engineering or related discipline
• Meets expectations in meeting deadline within budget, schedule and appropriate quality
• Able to formulate, communicate and implement technical solutions
• May require a Bachelors degree in area of specialty
• Solid understanding of accounting rules for expense and capital activities
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. May lead or direct the work of others
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical peers
• 5+ years of SF Development experience including in Salesforce.com, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations, force.com, Apex, Visual
• force & Lightning, Integrations, Security, Administration, Dev Ops, Change Management and Data Migrations
