The Employee and Organization Development Division within the Glenn Research Center (GRC) Human Resource Office located in Cleveland, OH is seeking highly qualified individuals to fill two positions: 1) Employee and Organization Development Specialist, and 2) Employee and Labor Relations Specialist.

Job Requirements:

You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above. To qualify for GS-11, you must have:
One year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level implementing professional development and training programs, and experience analyzing issues to develop and implement solutions that result in organizational efficiencies; or experience in employee and labor relations, providing guidance to managers and employees on matters related to human resources policies, practices and procedures.
Completed all requirements for a doctoral degree (i.e., Ph.D. or equivalent) in an appropriate field
Completed 3 full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education in an appropriate field; or LL.M., if related
Have an equivalent combination of experience and graduate study as discussed in a), b) and c) above
