Job Description: As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program. Job Requirements: Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Medical Terminology required, proficiency test. Keyboarding skills required, proficiency test. Knowledge of legislation regarding access, privacy and disclosure of patient information required. Confident to work independently and in a team environment with excellent communication skills. Skilled at paying close attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional image, manage stressful situations with empathy and to remain calm, courteous, sensitive and tactful at all times. Able to prioritize work and cope with frequent interruptions. Must be able to work all shifts based on operational needs.
