Job Description:
This is a freelance opportunity starting this year and running for all of 2025 with 40-50 hours a week. Possibility of full time in 2025.
Job Responsibilities:
- Connect with cross-functional teams to discuss dependancies
- Other duties as assigned
- Ensure projects are proceeding according to scope, quality and timeliness
- Build out email task descriptors, social tagging sheets, vendor-specific templates
- Package and deliver files for final delivery – ensuring print materials meet printer’s specs, testing and packaging HTML5 banners, ensuring all files are properly named and organized, filling out documents
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to anticipate issues and risks associated with project implementation and work with marketing teams to develop strategies to resolve issues, prioritize projects, and mitigate risks.
- Mange internal deadlines communicate when things will be delivered to stakeholders
- Intake briefs from stakeholders, review the brief ensure everything is clear and assign tasks as required based on project milestones using Asana
- Maintain records and documentation on processes, workflows, and exceptions for audit purposes
- Do a quality assurance check of outputs including testing html files, proofreading and ensuring creative is on brand
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly project schedules and progress reports
- Translate media blocking charts into deliverables
Job Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working effectively under pressure to meet tight and shifting priorities and timelines
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, MC Office
- Can manage 10-15 projects at a time and competing priorities
- Must love working in a collaborative team environment
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns (paid media, earned media, organic social, email, landing pages)
