Supporting ASOS to understand performance at regional level to inform trading decisions, minimize risk andrealise opportunity. Ensuring we are responding to changes in our customer behavior/commercial landscape at Hub level through effective insight and analysis. Articulate performance of key KPIS to inform risk or opportunities in the financial plan.

Job Responsibilities:

The key responsibility of your role will be to provide insight and analytics on regions to support robust trading within the capabilities of the fulfilment centre you support.

• Conduct and support ad-hoc analysis and share insight that will aid understanding of under/over performing KPIs across multiple markets.
• Collaborating with global planning Assistant Merchandisers and pricing teams to provide insight on opportunities for improvements in conversion and other basket metrics.
• Support the RTM/HO to analyse and optimise the proposition by market.
• Support in providing insight and recommendations into the local market and competitors. This will include analysis of the proposition of our key competitors understanding the gaps.
• Keeping up to date with regional innovation in ecommerce, online fashion retailing and logistics and how this could be impacting trade performance.
• Supporting the RTM in delivering the successful execution of bespoke market codes.

Your role is integral to the team as you will be:

• Responsible for supporting the RTM/Hof in delivering the financial and customer goals of the region.
• Support the RTM/Hof in reviewing performance and taking appropriate action where necessary to enhance and maximise performance.
