Job Description:

The Business Services Division is an efficient and effective operational service undertaking financial and people processes for colleagues in the advisory areas of Finance & Performance and People & Culture. It is also responsible for meeting the Bank’s requirement for User Access Management, Information Management and Management Information. Our vision is to provide a streamlined, efficient operational service to colleagues through a focus on process improvement, people development and automation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of staff fundraising and volunteering
  • Continuous internal stakeholder management with colleagues engaged in our volunteering programmes to review progress or collate feedback as required
  • Preparing management information on the Community programme to input to the annual report and internal briefings to track engagement and impact of the community programme
  • Help to promote the Bank’s community programme through the Bank’s internal communication channels
  • Organising events and meetings, including minute taking
  • Delivering planned employee volunteering recruitment events and training sessions for colleagues where appropriate
  • Preparing management information on the Community programme to input to the annual report and internal briefings to track engagement and impact of the community programme
  • Responsibility for liaising with internal stakeholders on queries relating to the work experience programme
  • Answering email and written correspondence and dealing with queries and liaison with internal and external stakeholders of all levels organising events and meetings, including minute taking
  • Delivering planned employee volunteering recruitment events and training sessions for colleagues where appropriate

Job Requirements:

  • A passion and commitment to the voluntary sector
  • An ability to engage with people and have the ability to speak confidently about a given subject
  • Good written skills
  • Excellent organisational skills – the volume if work is high and will require the ability to be able to prioritise and manage a large workload
  • Good interpersonal skills and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Assertiveness, flexibility, energy, integrity and reliability
  • Attention to detail

  • Highly motivated
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of staff, internally and externally
