Job Description:

As a Barclays HR Operations Customer Service Manager, you will cover the EME region (Europe, Middle East). This is an exciting opportunity where you will be providing operational management and accountability for Service Catalogue Management. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including service management, people management, HR operations, payroll processing, operational change management and controls and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership to the Service Catalogue Services Teams ensuring cost effective, efficient and customer focused delivery of services
  • Being accountable for service, relationship and contractual compliance with the HR Services EU (European Union)
  • Ensuring processes relating to the Service Catalogue meet appropriate governance, legal risk, control and compliance
  • Influencing the design and supporting delivery/ implementation of future projects
  • Being accountable for project sign-off pre go-live
  • Providing strategic direction and leadership as part of the HR Operations leadership team

Job Requirements:

  • People management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with senior management
  • Very good analytical skills with evidence of successfully applying findings to improve process or performance
  • Proven experience using SAP HR
  • Strong presentation skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience of working in an operational environment
