Job Description:

As a Barclays Change Manager within PRIME Derivatives Services (PDS), you will be delivering new products to the business-enhancing client offering and revenue. It will be down to you to provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders, whilst managing and documenting progress toward milestones and any risks associated with delivery. You will also be accountable to the Head of Change for assigned initiatives that will be part of the Macro and PDS new product priority list.

Job Responsibilities:

• Owning responsibility for project delivery
• Managing project communications
• Matrix management and indirectly influencing project members across these groups i.e. gathering requirements and assimilating and planning the delivery of desired outcomes
• Presenting to senior management and front office on progress of prioritised items and management of issues
• Owning and/or influencing on policies and strategy
• Driving the resolution of risks and issues
• Ensuring coordination of functional teams
