Job Responsibilities:

The role requires a highly organised and articulate individual who will be responsible for the oversight of part of the airline’s leased and freehold asset portfolio, managing lease critical events as an occupier and with the airline’s tenants, business rates and property change projects linked to the Business Plan.

The role can include direct rent negotiations with Airport Landlords and / or instructing the delivery of transactions through the airline’s outsourced providers. The colleague must be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement across multiple departments and have a high level of IT competency.
