Job Description: As the Manual Work Stream (MWS) Service Center Representative, you will be processing the Manual Work Stream (documents sent in by consumers for verification) for the Sacramento Service Center. You will also be directly assisting consumers (via inbound and outbound calls) with applying for health coverage, as well as escalating issues to the appropriate contacts as necessary. We are looking for someone who has at least two years of customer service experience and experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
