Job Description:
As the Manual Work Stream (MWS) Service Center Representative, you will be processing the Manual Work Stream (documents sent in by consumers for verification) for the Sacramento Service Center. You will also be directly assisting consumers (via inbound and outbound calls) with applying for health coverage, as well as escalating issues to the appropriate contacts as necessary. We are looking for someone who has at least two years of customer service experience and experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Job Requirements:
- Experience/Knowledge of public health and health care industry services, programs, and trends
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills both verbal and written, specifically in a call center environment
- Moderate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience displaying an advanced ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service level agreement
- Experience entering data into databases/programs with accuracy and timeliness.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain organization of work
- Experience with call center phone equipment and systems
