Job Responsibilities:
- Lead regular reviews and enhance governance model through continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with ICG and TTS governance, and lead TTS preparations for UK and EMEA governance forums across Citi and ICG
- Identify and escalate emerging risks to the TTS EMEA COO and relevant senior management – Promote culture of risk awareness and clear risk ownership in TTS EMEA
- Perform general corporate secretarial duties, including coordination of TTS governance meetings, tracking of key deliverables, maintaining accurate records
- Maintain and update constituent documents, such as committee charters, register of authorized signers, Certified Persons and organisation charts
- Ensure appropriate dashboards and metrics are maintained and published in appropriate forums.
- Communicate with TTS EMEA Executive Committee members to ensure alignment on key governance topics – Lead risk governance, regulatory change and other project-based initiatives in the UK, including planning and execution of Conduct Risk initiatives
- Engage with key partners on all risk and governance matters, including Compliance, Audit, Risk, Legal, Finance and HR
- Partner with corporate functions to produce UK legal entity and other risk reports to support the TTS UK governance model; develop data management and reporting capabilities for TTS UK
Job Requirements:
- Mapping current and future global process flows, implement process improvements, and propose opportunities for automation. An example would be the end-to-end equity deal lifecycle from origination down to booking and the settling of the trades.
- Partner with regional business desks, legal, business unit managers, and compliance to improve cross functional workflows, feeds and reporting.
- Help coordinate the design (UX) of our applications and facilitate rapid feedback and testing sessions for business stakeholders.
- Partner with various business lines to prioritize technology efforts, manage tactical projects and implement process improvements.
- Provide user training, solicit feedback and drive systems adoption
- Working with development teams to review product roadmap and requirements
- Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality
- Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weakness
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
- Must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and inquisitive with an interest in Capital Markets.
- Ability to drive strategy and use both data and judgement to make critical decisions on behalf of technology and the business.
- Lead the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including applications notes, product/release notes, user guides, presentations, and marketing content.
Qualification & Experience:
- 5-10 years of product management experience and a good understanding of technical architecture.
