Commercial Performance Analyst
£32,000 – £36,000 plus benefits (Grade E15)
Remote / flexible working, with weekly visits to Manchester city centre

We’re looking for a commercial performance analyst to join Co-op. You’ll be working as part of the central analytics and BI team, aligned specifically to a new venture (CISL). CISL is an insurance distribution business, which allows us to create unrestricted products and offers which suit our customers, members and the communities we serve. It’s a venture which focusses on our strengths; brand, distribution and data.

Fundamentally, your role will make data simpler to digest and use as insight to advise decision making, allowing us to optimise performance with our partners and on our marketing activity. You’ll be working at pace, during lots of positive change – it’s an exciting time. Job Responsibilities:

help the commercial performance manager to optimise commercial operations
* analyse commercial performance data and build a range of reports
* use data and insight to build an understanding of commercial performance
* manage data effectively to promote and improve data quality
* provide performance reports to partner organisations (sales, quotes, conversions, commission etc.)
* influence a range of internal partners, promoting and demonstrating the value of data
* create propensity models to support targeted marketing strategies
* use statistical techniques to identify performance opportunities for our partners improving the range of services we offer to customers and members
