Job Description:
The role of the Delivery Lead/Scrum Master located in Pune, India is an integral part of the Value Stream “Investment Reporting & Wealth Management (IRWM)” management team delivering IT solutions for the Swiss Universal Bank. The role focuses on the following main aspects
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing a Scrum, and, delivering workflow solutions based on AppWay technology (DWF – Digital Workflow)
- Manage the delivery team and the respective backlog for a set of applications belonging to the value stream
- Close collaboration with your business partners and team members within the value stream
- Provide guidance and coaching in technical and methodical aspects to the teams
- Build out the test automation capability based in Pune supplying the respective service to the entire Value Stream and its applications
Job Requirements:
- Exposure to the role of Scrum Master while mastering the agile delivery method and its ceremonies and documentation standards
- Creative, strong analytical problem solving skills and team-player with phenomenal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal ability and can build strong positive relationship with business partners
- Technical background in either
- Experience in Java Backend and Java Script Frontend development/ integration technology (knowledge in EJB, JMS, web and RESTful services / Spring Framework
Qualification & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
