Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct monitoring and testing reviews across key compliance risks
• Utilise resources in other locations to perform reviews by delegation with effective supervision
• Present review results and offer assurance to coverage compliance, management and local governance committees
• Demonstrate good risk awareness across different risk topics and able to complete complex walkthroughs and necessary testing
• Ability to apply different review techniques to maximize assurance provided
• Seek to identify issues impacting risks under review, presenting sustainable and commercial control improvements to mitigate risks
• Prepare and check testing results for review by Management prior to sharing with relevant business partner and take lead in discussions to clearly articulate issues and risks identified
• Understand and apply the fundamentals of risk and control;

Job Requirements:

• Good understanding of Financial Services, with additional awareness of local regulatory rules (banking and capital market regulation) being highly beneficial
• Assertive and ability to face challenging situations
• High levels of curiosity and desire to learn and understand new areas
• Outstanding sense of accountability, good time and project management skills for the assigned tasks and projects
• Outstanding communication skills and organizational ability is a must
• Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
