Job Description:

This role will offer expertise in data management and metrics reporting for Compliance Operations across Investment Banking, Asset Management/Wealth Management divisions in Credit Suisse. The role play an integral part in the compiling and reporting of key performance and risk indicators inherent to the Compliance organization providing an excellent opportunity to have an overview across Investment banking. The role is within the wider Compliance team, will coordinate with the regional counterparts providing a platform for engagement with a diverse group of business partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in the development of consistent and sustainable metrics reporting for Compliance Operations
• Managing data through SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and MS Access
• Understanding and learning Compliance Operations metrics in order to evaluate and report key drivers
• Conducting analysis on data and summarizing the data into metrics reports
• Ensure oversight over the specific processes and provide information to management on key risks and action required
• Project Management and Change Management skills
• Produce monthly and quarterly Compliance Operations metrics reports

Job Requirements:

• Coordination with compliance teams on sourcing of information and identifying trends
• Preparation and coordination of management review documents for regional business partners
• Play a key role in supporting business management activities and the execution of key priorities and deliverables
• Seek to ensure reporting processes are streamlined and identification of automation opportunities to provide further efficiencies across management reporting

Qualification & Experience:

• Skill to manage multiple assigned responsibilities while meeting key goals and initiatives
• Ability to meet deadlines and high level deliverables
