Job Description:

The Group FP&A function within CFO organization is currently looking for an experienced professional to join the IT Financial Management Team in Pune to strengthen its capabilities and to support daily business, like Capitalization forecast, CtB IT and Non IT portfolio Forecast, Portfolio Depreciation (planning), IT and Non IT Cash Out Plan, Budget & Forecast, Cost Accounting and Non IT P&L Plan, Budget & Forecast at CS Group Level. The input on capitalization and depreciation plan and forecast numbers calculated by this team become the key input for Corporate Function IT and Divisional IT. IT Financial Management team is highly motivated and looking forward for an experience resource who can further add value to the team and the process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Risk and Opportunity Monitoring regarding current year’s developments as well as Planning 2018-2025
• Execution of IT Balance Sheet and P&L analyses
• Multi-year assessment of Budget Transfers between IT
• Should understand the systems like Essbase and Hyperion and could work with system support team independently to make any custom change
• Perform Monthly Forex impact analysis and ensure rates applied in line with Group’s Expectation and justify the variance in case of any Discrepancy
• Preform Monthly Variance Analysis between, Budget, Forecast and Actual for Expenses and Headcount
• Coordination and scrutiny of IT Cost Accounting and Portfolio Forecasts
• Need to closely work with Business / stakeholder and understand the MIS requirement clearly and deliver it with quality and quick turn around

Job Requirements:

• MBA Finance from good Institute or CA/ ICWA
• Accounting knowledge, preferably on Capitalization and Depreciation
• Communication skills – good written and verbal communication, ability to communicate appropriately with people at all levels within the organization, recognition of cultural differences
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VBA), Microsoft Access, PowerPoint and Essbase Hyperion add-in for Excel.
• Analytical & problem solving ability
• Management reporting background (desirable)
• Knowledge of Financial Systems like Essbase, Hyperion and SAP etc. preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

• 4 – 5 years of experience in FP&A kind of Role
