Job Description:

Investment Bank, Client On-boarding and Lifecycle Management – Agreement Data Processing (ADP) team is seeking an operations analyst based in Pune to support the BAU process, innovation and change related activities, to enable digitizing and extracting key attributes from historic and newly signed or amended client legal agreements, including but not limited to OTC, Repo, Prime Brokerage, Listed Derivatives and Stock Borrow Loan Agreements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for team control reports and checks
• Communicate/report issues to management on a timely basis and follow-up on all actions and deliverables promptly
• Develop in depth documentation and process knowledge which will allow SME knowledge and become a point person for day to day queries
• Manage and maintain firm control standards for the team by ensuring compliance with process dashboards, checklists and KRI reporting
• Provide input into the strategic development and build of the End to End process, and play an active part in the implementation of the strategic model
• Responsible for daily work allocation and monitoring along with Exception Management and Break Resolution with in the stipulated time lines
• Oversight for regional daily metrics and Exception Management reporting; additionally, responsible for timely resolution of reporting of items working with identified business partners
• Responsible for team development, including regular one-to-one discussion, objective setting and periodic performance review

Qualification & Experience:

• Knowledge of ongoing regulations such as BCBS IOSCO uncleared derivatives margin requirements desirable, not essential
