Job Description:

Full Performance Intelligence Officers (Collection Requirements Management Multi-INT) or IO (CRM Multi-INT) – Optimizes collection requirements by building relationships to understand customer intelligence needs and gaps, researching existing requirements, and then developing or updating multi-disciplinary intelligence (Multi-INT) solutions to support the customer.

Job Responsibilities:

This position is located in COLORADO SPRINGS, CO and is with the Office of Space and Counterspace, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY. This position is responsible for performing the following duties:

Collaborates with stakeholders (including allied partners) to understand their mission-specific intelligence gaps.

Collaborates with collection managers and other stakeholders across the Intelligence Community (IC) in order to develop multi-INT strategies and coordinate activities across organizations.

Works with more senior collection managers to advocate for validation and prioritization of high-level collection requirements at Intelligence Community (IC)-wide and multi-national working groups, boards, or senior committees.

Organizes and leads small team-driven collection management activities and brokers solutions to overcome mission obstacles, when necessary.

Determines how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of current collection strategies through the use and interpretation of collection assessment tools and metrics.
