This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.

The Mandatory Actions Unit (MAU) has a great job for you!

The Control section is seeking an individual who is organized, detail oriented, and a team player. The Motor Vehicle Assistant (MVA) in MAU is responsible for providing support services performing basic updates or corrections on driver records. The  MVA also handles incoming mail; and date stamps, sorts and logs all documents received via regular mail, track mail delivery, and interoffice mail. Utilizes various office tools and equipment to provide well organized timely, and accurate workload bundles to the MAU processing teams. Prepares, codes and routes documents for microfilming. Some phone contact may be required. Performs other duties as assigned.
