Job Description: This position is located at the Sacramento DMV Industry Business Center (IBC). The Sacramento DMV IBC is seeking a dependable and motivated team player. The incumbent independently processes dealer transactions, vehicle registration, and occupational license applications with the highest level of expertise; accurately processes the most complex transactions such as lien sales, revived salvage, new and used car sales; reviews possible fraudulent documents; solves problems with industry customers by contacting headquarters; resolves issues; and tactfully mediates complaints from customers. Desirable qualifications: written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills; training skills; organization skills; problem solving skills; mathematical skills; cashiering skills; and knowledge of and experience in processing dealer work, registration services work and financial institutions and vehicle registration within the industry office.
