Operating out of our Donation Centre in Maidstone, Kent. Your area of work will include Kent, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Hertfordshire and London you will be comfortable with flexible working patterns and potential weekend work.

Apart from maintaining our supply network you will be required to maintain company vehicles through regular checks and assist with events when necessary helping to promote the Dogs Trust brand.

We have an opportunity for an experienced multi drop driver to be responsible for the effective distribution of stock throughout our 15 shops and donation centre, including the collection and delivery of furniture and other items from homes and businesses. The work will also involve handling electrical items so we will help you to learn about PAT testing; to help us ensure all items are in good and safe condition before appearing in our stores.
Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK with a nationwide network of rehoming centres and charity shops. Last year, Dogs Trust centres cared for over 9,000 dogs; we never put a healthy dog down.
With a full clean driving license you will have strong interpersonal skills with experience of multi drop driving and stock and inventory control. Experience in removals, home and office relocation as well as health and safety with manual handling would be desirable.
