Job Description: FedEx India COE is an advanced analytics team in FedEx that supports global marketing and pricing programs with the information required to make FedEx a successful data driven organization. As a senior member of the team, your responsibility will include project management, analytical excellence as well as thought leadership, team management and talent nurturing. This role is a techno-functional role where you would be required to liaise with business and service leads to translate business needs into clear quantitative goals, accurately find a way to measure and serve the results to stakeholder. Job Responsibilities: Advanced Analytics statistical models to enable - Build, test, refine and validate statistical models for scenario (what-if) planning, digital marketing impact assessment, predictive content delivery, forecasting, online segmentation, predictive intelligence and cross-channel attribution Channel-level Effectiveness and Optimization Search, Display, Social, Mobile, Video - Drive strategies through in-depth, nuanced, analytics by channel for continuous learning and performance improvement (including goal-setting and ongoing tracking) Marketing Effectiveness measurement for local/regional programs - Performance of key marketing campaign efforts and recommendations on driving improvement in media effectiveness, engagement and conversions including opportunities via segmenting / audience based targeting Global Digital Media and On-site Optimization - Analytics based guidance to maximize ROI Right-time delivery of data and recommendations - Develop data access capabilities to drive marketing automation and at scale to support always-on personalization. Data Integration and Data Quality Management - Connect different cloud and enterprise data sources to continuously improve overall understanding of customer behavior and journeys for personalization.
