Job Description:

We are currently looking for talented individuals to fill a variety of exciting and challenging positions in various areas such as Administrative Services, Audit and Accounting, Human Resources and IT just to name a few! The job duties will vary depending on the position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Investigating, correcting, and updating various computer systems.
- Processing correspondence.
- Reviewing, planning, organizing, prioritizing, and working on an assigned workload.
- Participating in projects designed to enforce identified areas of non-compliance.
- Analyzing, processing, and resolving files or requests from taxpayers and their representatives.
- Obtaining information from and providing information to taxpayers and representatives both verbally (on the phone) and in writing.
- Receiving, reviewing, analyzing, and researching taxpayer information from internal and external sources to identify and resolve taxpayer accounts requiring corrective action.
- Researching, analyzing, interpreting, and applying legislative and regulatory provisions, policies and guidelines.
- Reviewing and directing enquiries or issues to the appropriate area for resolution
- Preparing reports, letters, and other documents.

- Communicating with taxpayers and representatives both verbally (on the phone) and in writing, which includes answering inbound/outbound telephone enquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Degree, applied degree or diploma, obtained by June 2025, from a recognized postsecondary* institution (e.g. college, CEGEP, university)
