Job Responsibilities:
- Build GLCM selling expertise and interest amongst business banking sales force and corporate customers to ensure that GLCM has a ‘top of the mind’ recall in the team. Contribute to the GLCM training programs for business banking to develop and enhance payments and cash management selling and product knowledge.
- Identify GLCM opportunities via “Right to Win” segments identified and drive business development activities including management of key market intermediaries and active participation in industry associations.
- Build HSBC GLCM brand in the local markets by active participation in events including making presentations, speaker sessions, etc.
- Monitor processes to ensure quality, end-to-end GLCM delivery to the clients, including implementation and service delivery
- Drive GLCM revenue by analysing the portfolio/ NTB portfolio of business banking clients, developing and implementing appropriate sales strategies to target revenue opportunities. Incumbent will be measured on targeted achievement of revenue from the designated customers.
- Achieve the revenue targets on NII, NFI, FEX and revenue driver targets on balances and throughputs as per GLCM’s operating plans. Generate incremental revenue from existing relationships and by sourcing New to Bank accounts. Limit attrition and ensure cost management.
- Work in partnership with the business banking sales team to leverage their “reach and distribution” strengths and be the ‘go-to person for GLCM’ to meet the customer needs.
Job Requirements:
- Post-Graduation with a minimum of 3 to 7 years’ experience
- Exposure /experience in cash management would be preferred
