Job Description:

The GoldenEye Development Team is responsible for delivering a global trade store platform for the Credits and Rates Business which includes rates derivatives and cash products trading. Currently, we are using Calypso, Mysis Summit, Murex and BloombergTOMS as primary trading systems. We have a plan to replace all of these with an in-house built primary trading system.We are looking for a candidate who can help us to lead in collating the exact functional requirements by working with business managers and make them available in an easy to understand and unambiguous manner for development teams to implement

Job Requirements:

• Should have experience in driving workforce management strategy, planning and day to day operations
• Strong organizational skills and good understanding of WFM processes
• Good understanding of financial management and controls
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and driving changes/ process improvements
• Proven track record in change management
• Demonstrated flexibility to manage priorities in a fast paced environment and deliver to completion
• Excellent team management skills to coach, mentor and motivate the team, balanced by good teamwork
• Ability to lead calls and drive agendas independently
• Ability to handle pressure – timelines and customer demands
• Excellent analytical skills with problem solving ability
• Proactive approach in recognizing emerging trends and aberrations in FTE forecasts
• Perform Root cause Analysis on need basis and suggest corrective action
• Should have managed a talent pool of at least 4000 FTE
• Leads by example with High Value and Integrity
