Job Description: Customer Experience is responsible for determining the level of satisfaction of CS Products and Services used by the businesses and sets out to improve that experience. Customer Experience is the liaison between the businesses and the CS teams to remediate or solve end user technology issues. Proactive review of new and changed technology implementations is conducted with an eye to reduce customer impact. Customer communication is sent with clear and simple instructions in order to provide awareness and action as needed. Technology education is provided for known knowledge deficits. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for various phases of project management executionwith associated business analyst tasks including: Functional requirements gathering and act as a businessanalyst in conjunction with Asset Class representatives andassociated IT/Operations teams Document creation, completion and distribution Post, edit, maintain all associated project documentationbased on standard practices Assist with coordination and execution of implementations ofthe system across global sites. Work closely with the associated Development Manager toschedule deliveries, set timelines and coordinate deliverables. Help in troubleshooting during various testing phases for deliverables including associated support and coordination across various stakeholder groups.
