Job Description:

The Incumbent will routinely partner with Production Support teams, Development and Cloud Operations teams to address system bugs and performance issues, application monitoring metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with other technical teams to perform application patches, upgrades, issue resolution and DR drills
• Develop, document, mentor, and train others in support procedures for application-related triage and problem solving
• Resolve complex technical issues associated with Mobility platforms and appliction
• Application performance and transaction failure monitori
• First level of investigation of any issue
• Error and application Logs Analysis
• Perform analysis on issues
• Manage a team of Application support resources for a 24*7 window

Job Requirements:

• Required coding languages: JavaScript, Java,
• Scripting Languages – Unix, SQL, Python
• Familiar with Linux, Oracle DB, Web and application servers

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA with 2- 10 years of experience
