Job Responsibilities:

Manage Bharat Bill Payment platform for ICICI Bank
Understand Gap & Design product flow; Continuously engage with technology and build enhanced system as per industry requirements.
Responsible for achieving the bill payment portfolio acquisition, Onboard New players, Lead Go Live, Manage Live issues.
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns/ digital engagement initiatives
Collaborate with the sales/branch teams to increase usage per customer and attract new customers to the platform
Engage with regulators for managing the platform
Collaborate with the product teams for customer journey enhancements, uncover insights and strategies to develop marketing strategies
Leverage and analyze data to develop sharp consumer insights for creating effective communication & segmentation strategy for campaigns
Identify success metrics, monitor and report on performance to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stake holders like IT, operations, compliance
Enhance Agent Institution business, by undertaking strategic alliances/tie ups
Engage with customer service team for betterment customer communication

Creative thinking, problem solving and capability to adapt in a constantly changing environment Regulator/vendor management, cross-functional communication management
Analytical skills – drilling down into data for customer insights
People management skills – managing internal /external stake holders

5+ years of experience working in product management, vendor management, marketing communication. Data Analytics
