Job Requirements:

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: To qualify for this position at the grade 5 level you must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-04 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes experience applying standard procedures and requirements related to an assigned human resource management function(s) to perform a variety of clerical duties that support the assigned function(s). Examples may include maintaining position description books, classification standards, and files; Providing routine information to managers and employees on various human resources issues; Reviewing requests for personnel actions and position descriptions for format, completeness, and consistency; Providing support work to others managing programs (e.g., training programs, education programs, etc.); Participating in preparing course materials for printing and distribution; and preparing vacancy announcements for review for less complex positions. OR
