Job Description:

Provides technical expertise in the development, configuration, and maintenance of processes within the global Jet Aviation CRM application. Understands customer needs and related business processes to proactively propose solutions to improve customer satisfaction. Office location West Palm Beach, FL.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the product expert and point of contact for all data, process or system related questions and troubleshooting on the CRM application.
  • Monitors and responds to system support tickets
  • Is pro-active in ensuring the CRM application captures all relevant information at key points in the customer life cycle
  • Educates new users and provides ongoing training on (new) functionalities in the CRM system
  • Enforces data governance procedures and ensures data integrity for CRM related data
  • Collaborates with the business to understand their needs and translates them into technical requirements to drive improvement projects on the CRM application.
  • Front line Salesforce support to users and link to IT for complex bug resolutions
  • Stays knowledgeable with all software updates and enhancement rollouts for the CRM application
  • Increases internal user engagement by providing excellent system support and proposing smart and intuitive solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar from an accredited university
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the administration of the CRM tool Salesforce Sales Cloud.

  • Possess excellent professionalism and ability to articulate with clarity to stakeholders
  • A proactive and determined approach, demonstrating initiative to deliver exceptional results
  • Sees (and seeks) opportunities for improvement, and acts on them
  • Passionate about making customer wishes come true / customer obsessed
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the aviation industry as well as a solid understanding of business processes in a customer focused organization is a +.
