Jet Aviation Staffing is looking for an Intern who is ambitious, energetic, and motivated to develop a career in recruitment. This paid internship will be a 3-month opportunity to work alongside seasoned staffing professionals to develop your recruiting expertise and proficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Help with Coordinating crewmember open houses
- Confirm proper insurance documents are on file
- Assist Temporary Department with sourcing crewmembers
- Help to coordinate the new hire process and other tasks relating to onboarding awesome talent
- Post positions to ATS
- Update US job postings as needed
- Establish contacts with school campus groups and develop relationships with diversity groups
- Announce openings, schedule info sessions, assist where possible
- Ensure client agreements are up to date
- Organize, candidate tracking information utilizing excel spreadsheets, per open headcount
- Help source resumes for entry level openings, utilizing ATS and well as other resources
Job Requirements:

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
