Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicates organizational impediments to leadership; clears impediments for the team
  • Champions continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coaches teams to conduct continuous improvement events
  • Embraces the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instills the same in the team(s) you coach
  • Creates an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
  • Seeks opportunities for improvement to the overall effectiveness of teams and the organization
  • Works with the Product owner to align team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to think strategically but have strong attention to detail
• Proven analytical, organization and planning skills
• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in understanding of business modeling concepts, business systems development and business systems analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage requests from multiple groups
• Change management experience

• Team player, with strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Prepare presentations for Senior Management and comfortable in a client facing role.

• Very Strong written and verbal communication skills
Essential skills:
• Negotiation and influencing skills

Bachelor’s degree or Masters with 10 to 16 years analytical work experience

 

• Experience with SCRUM or agile based methodologies

 

• Excellent organization skills, Ability to handle multiple threads parallelly

 

 

• Experience in Agile development techniques like Scrum and Test Driven Development
• Good at-risk assessment and implementing Risk mitigation models
• Minimum 6+ years’ work experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in Information Technology
• Good Agile Hygiene practices handle multiple mini projects parallel, Excellent organization skills
