Job Description:
This role is part of the Business Banking Finance team in Bengaluru. The role would involve responsibilities around financial analysis and reporting relating to business performance by product and by channel. The role would have a significant share of bespoke / adhoc analysis, business case support, sensitivity analysis etc. and would work very closely with finance leads in US
Job Responsibilities:
- Analysis and reporting of product level profitability and performance summary for various products offered in Business Banking
- Bespoke analysis with decision support insights on key performance metrics relating to like Deposits, Loans and Accounts etc.
- Support business case development for cost-benefit analysis of strategic initiatives and marketing programs
- Post launch reporting and tracking of strategic initiatives, other programs and impact on business profitability.
- Channel performance reporting and analysis.
- Continuously look at opportunities to improve existing process through automations / process stream lining.
Job Requirements:
- Strong MS Excel skills. (Macros is an added advantage).
- Good to have: Exposure to SQL, alteryx and tableau
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple database systems.
Qualification & Experience:
- CA / CWA / MBA / CPA with 4+ years of post qualification experience in Financial planning and analysis or Business Finance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make high quality presentations (Strong PPT skills as well as ability to present presentations to senior stakeholders)
