Job Responsibilities:
- Applies in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.
- Understand data structures; Have market data knowledge and understanding of various vendors e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC.
- Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
- Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
- Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through responsibility for delivery of end results and shared responsibility for budget management; accountable for resource planning.
- Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
- Evaluates subordinates’ performance and makes decisions on pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions.
- Analyse Data automation and validation across 5 LOBs, 10 LE’s, and over 100 critical applications
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
- Contributes to formulation of strategies for project leadership and other functional areas.
- Has shared responsibility for budget, policy formulation and planning.
- Oversees all technology components of diverse, complex automation projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost.

- Prepare documents explaining the data architecture, train team members on test automation, principles and practices to reduce Key Person Dependencies.

- Leads with confidence and empathy, considerate of others, supportive during high pressure situations and celebrates successes equally of individuals and team alike.
- Collaborate with Operational, Risk and Technology partners to define security and backup procedures for test automation.
- Able to work comfortably and under pressure to achieve target deadlines.
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously, with strong time management skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Post Graduate/ MBA / Bachelor degree level preferred.
- Several years of development experience in test automation preffered.
- UIPath/Winautomation certified RPA developer/architect preferred
