Our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Group in Business Enablement Services is looking for a Risk Analyst, to join our team. The DLP Group helps ensure the firm and its personnel are in compliance with KPMG’s Global Acceptable Use and other information policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess potential DLP incidents as they arise
  • Advise relevant stakeholders of required actions as a result of DLP incidents
  • Organize and document incident management from initiation to completion
  • Assess, summarize, and escalate potential breaches to leadership
  • Manage group mailbox as well as internal database used for tracking
  • Assisting partners and staff with related queries
  • Provide support on ad-hoc project work
  • Assist with the development of other operational/project documentation
  • Provide support to other teams within the broader Risk Management Group, as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, diligent, able to respond promptly and professionally to all requests and inquiries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfort interacting with individuals in high-level roles within the firm.
  • Takes initiative and has strong organizational, research, and analytical skills
  • Must be able to work independently and flexibly
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficient with Excel, Research via the Internet and comfort with online tools
  • Must be able to manipulate spreadsheet and database information for analysis
  • Familiarity with various software packages and databases
  • Be aware of the sensitivity of information received and treat it appropriately
