Job Description:

Lush store Supervisors are the face of the retail business, ensuring exemplary customer service is delivered each day. Ensuring procedural and operational guidelines are met as well as providing inspiring leadership, motivation and development to their team.

We are looking for a natural leader who can guide and support our Sales Assistants on the shop floor, who can work closely with other supervisors to overcome challenges and create new ideas in order to build our business.

We need someone who is able to be reactive, and is confident in delivering on-the-spot feedback to our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Available to work a minimum of four days over a seven day week, to include both weekend days
Experience in managing and motivating a team.
Genuine interest in customer service and creating an experience for our customers and team members.
Passionate about Lush, our products, and values
Have a strong work ethic and are passionate about development.
An excellent communicator, comfortable with collaborative working.
Be able to train and develop a team
