Job Description:
This position requires experience in IT implementation projects and a detailed knowledge of Payroll/HR business processes and procedures with particular emphasis on time management systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Configuration and support of T&A test and production systems.
- Development and support of user reporting in conjunction with the BI team.
- Production of training materials and user guides.
- Develop & deliver enhancements to current systems to provide continued innovation and best practice.
- Initiation, planning and delivering T&A systems, in consultation with key stakeholders & manage rollouts to the business alongside operational management, ensuring timescales and budgets are adhered to.
- Develop & deliver enhancements to current systems to provide continued innovation and best practice.
- Development and support of interfaces, primarily Payroll.
- Development of process documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Experience providing end user training and support.
- Proven knowledge and implementation of Kronos Time & Attendance
- Proven experience as a hands on project manager in a systems development environment; multi-project experience is essentia
- Demonstrate proven technical capability and career progression in a software development and/or systems environment.
- Demonstrate proven experience working directly with business functions and managing third party relationships.
- Experience of an operational aviation environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate & negotiate with people at different levels and from different geographical and ethnic cultures.
- Prepared to travel, sometimes at short notice.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing
