Job Description:
The role holder will be responsible for overseeing the Americas Service Desk function. Key accountabilities will be ensuring incident and requests are logged, tracked, resolved and measured against Service Desk SLA’s. Provide Level 3 support. Provide oversight to Country IT Managers
Job Responsibilities:
- Quality monitoring
- Ad-hoc project work
- Host daily team meetings
- SLA monitoring, management and reporting
- Talent matrix management for direct reports
- Collating and executing training plans
- Major Incident Management
- Objective setting for staff
- Coaching Staff
- Communication with local and global teams
- Participate in Service Review meetings
- Allocation of work and queues
- Deal with customer escalation and complaints
Job Requirements:
- Experience with process governance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing
- Advanced computer and presentation skills
- Ability to manage people and adhere to standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can work under pressure
