Job Description: The Fuel Administrator/HR Coordinator is responsible to insure the timely and accurate processing of fuel invoices, accounting, HR information and create a work environment through support of the Million Air culture and REW Policies. Job Responsibilities: Communicate fuel inventory levels with airlines and co-ordinate orders Responsible for all local Benefits administration including medical, life, STD insurance, dental and 401(K) Work to insure that Company policy is in compliance with state and local employment law. Manage and ensure compliance with Million Air's hiring and training programs Audit fuel tickets and invoices for completeness and accuracy; reconcile and close credit card batches Prepare sales tax reports and reconcile to general ledger payable balance; prepare federal excise tax reports Manage record flow of HR paperwork to corporate headquarters, verifying accuracy and completeness. Coordinate local company orientation program Provide local training on HR issues to team Develop a thorough knowledge / understanding of company policy manual Maintain fuel meter logs; input fuel receipts and reconcile fuels Update fuel prices; order fuel from suppliers Prepare monthly fuel summary report depicting inventory reconciliations and compare to counted inventory, resolve all variances Where applicable, Invoice airlines and other companies for fueling and other services Foster a teamwork oriented, high performance culture that is customer focused Job Requirements: HR principles and procedures experience Minimum 3 years of business experience with emphasis on accounting and HR functions. Ability to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends Proven track record for business controls and assurance compliance and training (6+ hours of accounting) Understanding of HR principles and procedures Absolute confidentiality and high integrity. Must be reliable and dependable, and available for occasional evening/weekend employee issue resolution. Ability to exercise independent direction and judgement, and work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent critical thinking skills. Ability to successfully complete tasks that require high attention to detail, with minimal supervision.
