As an AST, Computer Engineer (Smart Infrastructure Manager) within the Center Operations Directorate Strategic Infrastructure Transformation Office at the NASA Langley Research Center you will serve as Smart Infrastructure Program Manager, providing innovative ideas to facilitate and deliver timely, high quality customer focused solutions’, with responsibilities consisting of a wide variety of Information Technology, Operational Technology, Geospatial Technology, and data management activities.

Job Requirements:

In addition to the basic education requirement (shown below), you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above. GS-14: To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level performing at least two of the following: providing contract oversight as a Contracting Officer Representative to ensure contract requirements are fully met; advising on building, facility, and infrastructure design and construction projects regarding technology related requirements to ensure building for the future; and/or developing, implementing, and monitoring Information/Operational Technology policy and planning to ensure efficiency and compliance
