The Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO), Talent Strategy and Engagement (TSE) Division seeks a highly skilled Personnel Psychologist. The selectee will serve as an integral member of the Strategy & Innovation (S&I) Branch which is defining a comprehensive talent strategy and integrated talent management approach for NASA while identifying areas to reform, replace, and improve efficiency to meet Agency priorities of today and into the future.

Job Requirements:

You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, and/or directly related education, as shown below, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of this position. To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level leading, designing, developing and delivering assessments used to measure specific criterion, and to conduct analyses and studies, to address major human capital programs and processes and; applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to drive innovative organization strategies using cutting-edge approaches and techniques.
