This position is located in the Office of Finance and Management, All of Us Research Program, within the NIH Office of the Director. This program aims to engage a participant community that reflects America’s diversity, including groups that have been historically underrepresented in biomedical research. Job Responsibilities:
- The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and coordinating the preparation and/or execution of the budget for the All of Us Research Program.
- Managing and performing the fiduciary responsibilities associated with the All of Us Research Program?s financial and budget administration system.
- Leading and preparing background material concerning the program for use in briefings to officials scheduled to appear before Congressional appropriations committees or other oversight groups and in the strategic planning of defending a budget.
- Leading and formulating and developing future budgetary requirements for the complex mechanisms of support, using historical data, trend analysis and relevant funding patterns.
- Leading and coordinating the preparation and/or execution of the budget for the All of Us Research Program.
- Providing direction and oversight to federal and non-federal staff that support the Program.
Job Requirements:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: providing advice to senior level management and program managers on all phases of budget execution and financial management; evaluating organization-wide financial goals, objectives, policies, and strategies; formulating, developing, and forecasting future budgetary requirements; analyzing specific budgetary and fiscal areas of special concern and recommending procedures for change.
