• Job Knowledge and Skill: Thorough knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles; commercial credit and commercial real estate lending, loan underwriting and documentation, credit risk identification. Math and analytical skills required. Good oral / interpersonal and written communication skills; organization; presentation; problem solving skills.; Knowledge of auto finance Consumer Credit, Commercial Wholesale Lending, Collections, and Consumer Service practices and procedures

• Underwriting of Auto Loans
• Scrutinizing of valuation and product related documents
• Coordinating with vendors on valuation and other field verification parameters
• Valuating the income documents for profiles.
• Performing profile study based on income documents, CIBIL, Verification report and personal discussion.
• Underwriting the profiles based on the risk involved in terms of the product and customer profile.
• Ensuring TAT is met on all the credit related activities
• Training the secondary credit resource on product and policy
• Reviewing the team performances periodically thereby reduce the operational risk involved
• Responsible for audit scoring and file review
• Analyzing delinquency against the product and customer segments
