Job Description: The Cardinal Health Global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team is responsible for designing, developing and implementing EHS procedures, programs, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Additional responsibilities include mitigating EHS risks to the company, its employees, the environment and the communities in which it does business. Job Responsibilities: Assists with implementation of the global EHS strategy to mitigate risk to people, property, community, information and brand. Partners with operation leaders to develop and execute site-specific annual EHS plans; standardize EHS programs; ensure critical information is communicated; and implement best practices. Provides support and subject matter expertise for events (e.g., regulatory agency inquiries, natural disasters, business continuity, significant incidents, etc.). Job Requirements: Educates and coaches management teams on their EHS roles and responsibilities. Helps foster a diverse workforce.
