Job Description: As a claims adjuster in our centralized claims center, you’ll play a pivotal role in resolving auto claims. A typical day will involve accurate and detailed documentation of claims, interviewing all involved in the accident, making coverage and liability decisions, and collaborating with peers to verify if damage is consistent with accident details. Along with in-depth training, we’ll also provide ongoing coaching and development to help you feel confident while supporting customers through a stressful time.
