Job Description:

As a claims adjuster on our Full Time Weather Team, you’ll care for customers impacted by handling weather claims across the country. Primarily over the phone, you’ll handle coverage and damage analysis on auto claims. In this role, you’ll negotiate settlements with claimants while ensuring claims are fairly and accurately investigated. This is a remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicates proactively and maintains a requisite service level with customers
• Able to work variable and flexible hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays in response to business needs
• Negotiates with repair service providers, customers, and salvage vendors
• Investigate, analyze, and determine extent of Progressive’s liability concerning loss or damages
• Provides clear explanation for customers regarding claims catastrophe process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• In lieu of a degree, a combined total of five years post-secondary and/or relevant work experience
