Job Description: The Sustainable Finance Capital Markets officer acts as product sponsor and center of competence for green and sustainable products. Sustainable finance is a fast growing area of capital markets in which funding, in the form of bonds, loans, and private placements, are linked to projects or targets that offer verifiable environmental and/or social benefits. This position will works in conjunction with fixed income colleagues across North America to originate and structure “sustainable” product mandates. Job Responsibilities: Support team in developing and executing on strategy for Sustainable Finance Capital Markets in the Americas in conjunction with internal stakeholders and teams across regions Support clients throughout entirety of transaction process Advise clients on ESG ratings and structuring of their sustainability strategy Engage with prospects and clients to develop commercial opportunities Assist on all stages of transaction process, including preparation, launch and execution Keep abreast of regulatory, legal and market developments Prepare and present training materials to enhance expertise in the organization through teach-ins, internal meetings, conferences, and other Develop green/sustainability/social frameworks and structure sustainability-linked transactions Engage in client pitches and proactively identify opportunities for new and ongoing transactions Create templates and actively share pitch materials, industry research, and investor feedback with relevant coverage and product teams Job Requirements: Proven track record of delivery of financial results Strong quantitative and analytical skills Client and relationship management FINRA registrations: SIE, 79 & 63 Excellent communication skills An in-depth knowledge of sustainability issues and trends Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) Ability to work well with others Strong leadership skills Demonstrated expertise in Sustainability topics Strategic and results orientation Energy and positive mindset Entrepreneurial mindset Qualification & Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in financial services and managerial experience Experience in the financial sector Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) Job Details: Company: Rabobank Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Fresno, CA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Jobsvilla.net
