Job Description: Your role as an On-Boarding Assistant will see you support the Transitions Manager co-ordinate the end to end on-boarding and off-boarding client experience across the business. Alongside this, you’ll provide technical support and coaching to colleagues and assist the Transitions Manager in identifying the training needs of the team through quality checks and process confirmation. Job Responsibilities: Taking ownership of queries from both internal and external stakeholders through to resolution, reporting trends and recurring issues to the team manager Maintaining an involvement for projects and embedding continuous improvement Deputising for the Transitions Manager as and when needed Working closely with Relationship Management and Client Service teams to ensure all aspects of on and off boarding have been raised and completed Job Requirements: You’ll need knowledge of the Trustee and Depositary market in the UK & Luxembourg and a good understanding of compliance and regulatory regime in which fund services operates. Along with this, you’ll understand the regulated collective investment scheme environment.
