Job Description: As a Lead Reward Partner, you’ll be supporting the Reward strategy for India in alignment with the larger organisational proposition. You’ll be making sure that all pay and benefits arrangements are regulator compliant, market competitive, cost effective and appropriately reward short-term performance, while motivating the right long-term behaviours to deliver sustained value. Job Responsibilities: Owning and developing the Reward proposition for India, including pay benchmarking exercises and pay projects in close alignment with the global Reward function Developing, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and service providers to align with objectives, deliverables and market practices for compensation and benefits Engaging and motivating the Reward team, providing feedback and supporting with learning and development opportunities Job Requirements: An understanding of reward concepts, pay and benefit benchmarking, job evaluation, organisation design, performance management and broad HR philosophies Analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, drawing out key issues and themes Understanding of the labour market from a pay perspective Knowledge of Indian taxation and statutes, and how these apply to compensation and benefits Qualification & Experience: Master’s in business administration from reputed college with minimum 15 years of experience in HR, managing regulatory areas impacting Reward and well versed with market trends in the area of compensation & benefits Experience in design and implementation of compensation and benefits schemes and great change and project management skills Experience in Banking GICs or Compensation consulting and great understanding of the banking business and the wider Financial Services sector, as well as how Reward can contribute to achievement of business objectives Job Details: Company: RBS Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu, IN Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here jobsvilla.net
