Job Description:
The Associate Manager of Canada Site Marketing is responsible for developing and executing site strategies and campaigns, driving sales, acquiring new clients and growing awareness of new Sephora products and services across desktop, mobile web, and mobile app.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure campaign business objectives are met and client journey is seamless and optimized
- Collaborate with internal partners, attending meetings to understand campaign goals from stakeholders
- Manage the weekly homepage schedule for dotCA, including QA
- Manage the monthly merchandising-led campaign track
- Manage and launch a high volume of campaigns across all platforms, including mobile web, app and desktop, ensuring creative assets, products and copy handoff deadlines are met
- Conduct QA testing of site support (includes checking links, tracking, segmentation and creative are correct)
- Recommend site placement, landing page and targeting strategies for marketing communications about new Sephora brands and products, promotions, seasonal messages and loyalty offerings
Job Requirements:
- Ability to partner across functions, successfully bringing people together toward common goals and to consensus
- Experience executing campaigns across various site platforms a plus
- Well-organized; detail oriented with high degree of accuracy
- Proactive about identifying opportunities and improvements.
- Clear communication to partners, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Excels in fast-paced, high-volume and deadline-driven environment
- High energy, proactive, and flexible in a constantly evolving team environment
- Familiarity with site engagement metrics, including CTR and conversion rate
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects, people, and initiatives with high attention to detail under tight deadlines
